The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has rescheduled its three-day special prayer programme for staff and students.
The adjustment was communicated in an internal memorandum issued by the Office of the Registrar and dated March 13, 2026. The programme, initially announced for March 6th, has now been rescheduled to run from April 8th to April 10th, 2026.
The prayer sessions are expected to be held simultaneously across the university’s campuses. At the Oye-Ekiti campus, the programme will take place at the Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba Auditorium, while the Ikole-Ekiti campus will host its sessions at the Twin Lecture Hall, Faculty of Agriculture.
The programme is scheduled to run daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
According to university management, the initiative aims to foster unity among staff and students, promote spiritual growth, and seek divine guidance for the institution.
Staff members and students have been encouraged to participate actively in the programme.
